Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development, validation, and industrialization of raw material special processes, ensuring process robustness and supplier qualification. You will align with Quality Management Systems and HSE standards while acting as the technical interface across engineering, suppliers, and stakeholders. You contribute to energy decarbonization efforts by enabling reliable, efficient material performance in turbomachinery components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact improvements and compliance. This is a operations-focused leadership role with a clear impact on product qualification and supplier capability.
Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert for special processes related to raw material manufacturing and treatment
Lead development, validation, and improvement of raw material special processes per industry and regulatory requirements
Plan and conduct supplier technical audits focusing on process capability, material traceability, and compliance
Manage product and process qualification activities,



including first article inspections and validation reports
Act as technical interface between engineering teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders on raw material issues
Ensure alignment with Quality Management Systems and HSE standards
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations or material-related issues
Qualifications Master degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
Proven experience in special processes with deep expertise in raw material production processes
Strong knowledge of process qualifications, validation methodologies, and supplier quality management
Experience performing supplier audits and technical assessments
Solid understanding of quality standards (ISO, AS/EN, customer‐specific) and HSE regulations
Analytical thinking, problem‐solving skills, and ability to manage complex technical tasks
