THE ROLE Join our team as EMEA OT Architect and work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of OT systems, enhance security measures, and drive digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of OT and IT integration, cybersecurity, and industry standards for the following tasks: - Design and implement OT architectures that align with strategic goals and industry best practices
- Integrate OT and IT systems to ensure seamless communication and data exchange
- Develop and enforce OT security policies and procedures to protect critical infrastructure and data
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for the OT environment
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to local OT engineers and other stakeholders
- Lead OT projects from conception to completion,



ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
- Provide troubleshooting and support for OT infrastructure and maintain documentation YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Several years of experience in OT architecture or in IT infrastructure, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IEC 62443 and NIS2 Directive
- Proven experience in designing and implementing OT system architectures in a global organization
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are highly desirable
- Fluent in English ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Up to 30% travel across the EMEA region
- Work in both office and industrial environments, adhering to site safety procedures
