- Optimizing instrument pricing across client groups
- Improvement of scalability of our back-end solution in regards to defining important custom parameters for our own and client use.
- Keeping in close touch with our counterparty network regarding day to day issues and managing liquidity across our counterparty and banking network.
- Active management of day to day issues and queries from internal/external parties with escalations, as necessary.
- Maintaining and setup of custom client/counterparty account setups.
- Maintaining correct interest rates and other sorts of charges across client/counterparty accounts. **Responsibilities**: - Follow up margin requirements with our counterparty network, make
adjustments, cooperate with treasury department
- Follow largest/riskiest exposures and communicate internally on potential risk management paths
- Evaluate and set up commission requests and special account settings for clients to accommodate sales requirements for growth
- Assist with various day to day tasks, ensuring business continuity, taking charge of problem situations and improving processes
- Request / drive system improvements to accommodate changing internal / external business requirements
- Monitor derivative positions with counterparts, ensure correct offset reporting, investigate problem situations, etc.
- Create and keep up-to-date relevant documentation and knowledge base publicly available within the organization **Requirements**: - Understanding of financial Instruments: derivatives, bonds, equities, equity related securities and FX.
- Previous experience in a trading / liquidity management field or related
- Willingness to take a step back and think of the big picture visionary approach to a trading platform back-end scalability
- Ability to work under pressure and perform in many roles in an ever-changing business.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is essential as well as multi-tasking.
- Computer literate, numerate, and comfortable handling large sets of data.
