**I. Position Description**:
The **HSE Manager** is responsible for managing health, safety, and environmental activities across two sites: one in **Marcianise** (CE) and one in **Paderno Dugnano** (MI). S/he oversees the implementation of local and international safety regulations, ensuring both facilities comply with HSE standards. The manager organizes employee training on risk prevention and the proper use of safety equipment. S/he monitors and assess risks related to potential major accidents according to the Legislative Decrees n. 81/2008 and n. 105/2015 directives, ensuring appropriate emergency plans are in place. Additionally, s/he collaborates with local authorities to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**II. Qualifications**: - Master’s degree in mechanical / chemical / environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience at least of 10 years as a H&S; Coordinator/Manager in industrial and modern structured work environment.
- Owning the title of RSPP in industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills aimed at achieving results and solving operational problems.
- Languages: proficient in English and Italian.
