We are looking for an Italian-English-and-German speaking Customer Service Operator to be based in Verona Villafranca. **Main Functions**: - Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
- Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
- Provides customer additional information or explains services
- Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
- Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
- Completes data entry as required
- Accurately captures customer information **Requirements**: - Applicants should be proficient in verbal and written communication (Italian, English and German languages), IT competent
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Willing to work on a daily shift basis (Monday-Sunday)
