An International private University located in the city center of Florence is seeking, for its Student Life & Development (SLD) Department, an experienced **Assistant Dean of Students **to oversee daily operations of the SLD **AND a Student Advisor **to support students in all non-academic activities. Qualifications for **Assistant Dean of Students**: - Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in student affairs
- Leadership, communication, and cultural competency skills
- Fluency in English and Italian; an additional language is a plus Qualifications for **Student Advisor**: - Bachelor or Master’s degree
- Fluency in English and Italian
