**Customer Service Agent** **40 hours per week, Monday-Friday** **Rome, hybrid** **Are you an automotive fan? Do you enjoy providing the best solutions for customers? MSXI has the job for you!** MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team in Rome. **The Role** As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be: - Answering customers complaint
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
- Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction **About you** We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Agent has the following skills: - Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Intermediate level of English
- Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
