1. Min 5 - 7 years of experience 2. Strong at concept design stages, expereinced in masterplan, complex mixed use, super high rise, museum, or resort design. Able to design from a blank paper. 3. Excellent Rhino or Grasshopper / Dynamo essential as well as Revit (client very often switches to Revit even at Pre-concept/Concept stage) and Enscape would be an added advantage. 4. An upbeat but down to earth personality. Pay: €5,100.00 - €6,400.00 per month
