**Responsibilities**: - Manage relationships with external authorities.
- Conduct and coordinate risk assessments on HSE topics and develop preventive and protective measures.
- Implement operational procedures and verify the effectiveness of Health, Safety, and Environment management systems.
- Manage relationships and interventions with external contractors/suppliers for HSE activities (environmental monitoring plans, etc.).
- Provide technical and organizational support to HSE training programs.
- Develop and periodically distribute reports, presentations, and HSE topics.
- Support the audit process in terms of compliance with HSE standards.
- Update safety and environmental authorization processes and organize the necessary analytical and monitoring activities.
- Support the analysis of reports on accidents, near misses, and injuries.
- Collaborate with the company doctor for health surveillance.



**Education and other Requirements**: - Degree in scientific disciplines, specializing in environmental or safety fields.
- Knowledge of key industry regulations (IPPC, RIR, Legislative Decree 81/08, Legislative Decree 152/06, Legislative Decree 105/2015, etc.) and management systems according to UNI EN ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, precision.
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to perform field activities.
- Preferably, experience in similar roles and possession of qualifications under Article 32 of Legislative Decree 81/08 and the S/R Agreement (at least Module A and Module B-SP4). **Job Location: Albizzate
