- Assists the buying, sourcing, or compliance team in preparing for market week and related activities. Provides comprehensive support to the team responsible for order entry, order follow-up,



and compliance documentation.
- Handles general office tasks such as mailing, copying, and filing, and offers administrative support to the assigned team.
- Supports trip preparation, including booking hotels and flights, and manages all logístical aspects of travel. Regularly communicates the team’s weekly itineraries to Management to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
- Supports the team in managing the flow of samples in and out of the office, verifying shipping bills, and preparing customs paperwork for international shipments. Assists in gathering information and documents to streamline processes and monitors vendor-related issues to ensure efficient resolutions.
- Will have the opportunity to get an overview of the different roles and departments in the company.
- May participate in business trips for vendor visits or merchandise inspections. There is potential for remote work, depending on business needs. **LANGUAGES** Proficient Italian & English languages knowledge, other European languages represent a plus. What's In It For You?
