**Role purpose**: - Responsible for governance and project management of long and short term expansions plans of fixed access network resources **Key accountabilities**: - Tracking and reporting of the overall fixed network expansions plans
- Ensure that all the stakeholder are acting and delivering in line with agreed delivery time, plan and budget
- Push and escalate as appropriate in order to remove criticalities
- Kick-off meetings with groups involved
- Monitor and model the resource occupancy, the available capacity, its utilization and evolution in time, and provide recurrent reporting
- Proactively identify the actions to optimize the use of our fixed access network resources without compromising the quality of the service offered to our customers
- Give input to engineering teams in order to estimate the impact of traffic growth on core network elements and contribute to the budget definition process.




- Order the wholesale network resources required for the expansion of our network capacity and track their delivery **Core competencies, knowledge and experience**: - Excellent understanding of the telecommunications market
- In-depth experience in the field of telecommunications technology and knowledge of fixed access network technologies and topologies
- Excellent knowledge and and experience in the utilization of excel
- Technical experience in multinational companies and large matrix organizations
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment **Must have technical / professional qualifications**: - High-level degree in Engineering or other relevant technical field
- At least 5 years of experience within the networks function
- Fluent in English
