- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability Commercial Growth: - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and internal policies, particularly those established by CONSOB
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance Financial Management: - Oversee the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Analyze financial metrics and implement strategies for improvement Stakeholder Engagement: - Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring transparent and effective communication with CONSOB **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance
- Proven experience managing a branch or similar operations in the financial sector




- In-depth knowledge of Italian financial regulations and experience working with CONSOB
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on results
