Responsible for the preparation of tax return forms; responsible for monitoring and implementing the new fiscal rules. This includes tax forecast and calculation of advance payment.
- Responsible for VAT registers, VAT yearly declaration and all related declarations (quarterly, blacklist etc.). Responsible for monitoring and implementing the new fiscal rules.Checking the plafond.
- Responsible for withholding taxes, included yearly form and royalties. Identification and collection of documentation to obtain WHT preferential rate.
- Calculation and form preparations for other taxes (imposta di bollo, vidimazione libri sociali, diritti CCIAA e IMU-F23/F24 dell’imposta di registro).
- Responsible for the management of possible tax audit, including management of tax auditor, preparation of material to submit, follow-up.
- Supports the finance manager in the preparation of Transfer Price documentation.



This includes also the analysis of new accounting principles and their implementations.
- Actively supports the finance manager in the preparation of the tax agevolazioni calculation, including management of tax auditor, preparation of material to submit, follow-up.
- Supports the finance team win the fiscal area, investigating on issues and finding applicable solutions.
- Supports operations (CS and warehouse) in the fiscal sensitive area, as ie. customs, VAT, import.
- First contact point in the company with tax consultant. **Requirements**: - University degree in Economics or equivalent.
- 3+ years in a similar role; experience in “studio commercialista (tax consultancy firm) ” or audit company is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- SAP knowledge (FI) as a plus. **Location**: Trieste, Italy
