**Our 5-star golf resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maître d'hôtel to join our dynamic team.** As the Maître d'hôtel, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining service, ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**: - Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including reservations, seating, and guest service
- Oversee a team of servers, bussers, and hosts
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service
- Create and maintain a welcoming and elegant dining atmosphere
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Work closely with the kitchen to coordinate service and ensure food quality **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a Maître d'hôtel or in a similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service




- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
