To enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for an energetic and empathic Talent Acquisition Intern who will support the company’s growth, by attracting and recruiting enthusiastic talents and assisting the HR Team with development programs and internal initiatives. **What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Collection of the business needs in order to write precise and appealing job descriptions
- Job Posting on the major Job platforms and universities’ portals




- CVs' screening through our Applicant Tracking System
- Call-interviews and in-person interviews with Hiring Managers
- Administrative practices with the support of an external Labor Consultant
- Participation in other exciting HR Projects like Internal Communication or Corporate Events **Offer Information**
- 6-month internship
- Working hour: full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
- 600€ monthly compensation
- Buoni pasto provided according to the company policy **Requisiti**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- University Degree in humanistic disciplines
- +3 month-internship experience in a similar role, with a focus on Talent Attraction and Employer Branding activities
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
- Enthusiasm to drive positive change and proactivity
- Reliability and confidentiality
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and at all register levels
