2025-02-25 **What You Can Expect**: - You will collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction and roadmap of the home delivery product line.
- You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction throughout all the regions.
- You will identify best practices in each region and provide end-to-end solutions in other regions with the goal of harmonizing the product Europe-wide.
- You will conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends and innovations, and competitive landscapes in different regions.
- You will lead the end-to-end implementation of new home delivery solutions across global markets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- You ll collaborate with local and regional teams to continuously improve product usability, functionality, and performance.




- You will drive customer engagement by gathering feedback and optimizing the user experience.
- You will ensure compliance with transportation regulations and sustainability initiatives.
- You will manage budgets, timelines, and risks associated with product development. **What You Bring**: - You have a data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- You have ^proven experience as a Product Manager in logistics, transportation (ideally in home/last mile delivery services), or similar.
- You also acquired extensive experience in end-to-end project management and project implementation in international markets.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You gained experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
