**Salary**: €20.00 - €25.00 per hour
**Contract**: Permanent, 84 hours/fortnight

Promote **person-centered planning** and independence for service users
Facilitate **community participation** and social inclusion
Monitor and support the health and well-being of residents
Administer medication and oversee clinical procedures
Supervise and support a team of care staff **Qualifications & Skills Required** **Level 7 Qualification in Nursing**
**Registered with An Bord Altranais (INMB)** or eligible for registration
Experience in **residential, respite, or day service settings**
Strong communication and leadership skills
