CIO Italy **Description and Requirements** **Key Responsibilities**: - Represent IT to the business and create partnerships to achieve business objectives.

- Plan and manage the budget.
- Select vendors for hardware, software, and services.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk management teams. **People Management**: - Identify and develop talents
- Ensure effective communication between management and departments.
- Train, coach, manage, develop, and retain staff.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Build modern technical and methodological skills contributing to IT ecosystem modernization **Business Experience/Technical Skills**: - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing solutions delivery teams.
- Proven track record in leadership roles in insurance or financial services.
- Proven project and teams management experience.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience in Agile Delivery Methodologies.
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence and automation implementations.
- Understanding of SDLC, Business Analytics, Consumer and Web Applications, and Core Administration Applications.
- Hands-on technical expertise in system development and architecture.
- Strong relationship, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset.
- Leadership skills.
- Process and systems transformation skills.
