Lazard is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training and Development Intern based in Milan to manage the logistics and execution of our training and development programs. This role involves coordinating with training providers, developing promotional materials, managing communications, and handling logistics to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions. **Key Responsibilities** **Preparation**: - Set up session details with providers and create sessions in our internal tool. **Communication**: - Send invitations, compile attendee lists, monitor sign-ups, and confirm attendance.



**Logistics**: - Arrange venues, equipment, catering, and materials.
- Support trainers and manage training-related expenses.
- Track and record attendance. **Post-Session**: - Develop and distribute feedback surveys.
- Analyze and summarize feedback for stakeholders**.** **Qualifications**
