**Description**:
**The Role** **Business Support Assistant Intern**
- Maintaining relationships/ portfolios with existing WTW client focusing on expanding existing business within the business unit.
- Maintaining relationship with WTW network and clients about Italian insurance peculiarities
- Developing relationships with Prospects introduced by WTW network world-wide. Main Duties: - Understanding the client’s business and risk management needs and delivering them through the provision of ongoing service
- Understanding the WTW’s global insurance program and utilizing them in accordance with the client HQ’s insurance and risk management philosophy
- Maintenance of information on the client database
- Supporting the manager on client / WTW network presentations
- Supporting the interpretation and review of quotations, to ensure fit for purpose and meet client demands/needs.
- Supporting the negotiation of terms and cover alterations with insurers and presentation to the client




- Completion of reports as required
- Completion of summaries of insurance for all interested parties (client / network)
- Supporting the activities with clients, insurers to address and resolve issues
- Supporting liaison with other divisions/offices of WTW to access specialist expertise and provide local servicing where needed. **Qualifications**:
**The Requirements**
- Educated to degree level
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the client and insurers.
