Typical duties and responsibilities
- Develop and propose new architecture and interior design concept
- Production of 3d models (also complex models and shapes), high quality renders and AR video
- Research of new materials, finishes, details and items for the concept design requirements
- Work on multiple projects
- Participation in the design process
- Prepare presentations for client meetings Education and experience
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Demonstrated history of well-done architecture and interior concept, renders and 3d models
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury architecture and interior design projects Required skills and qualifications
- Keen attention to details
- Experience in high end and luxury projects in the field of residential and hospitality
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work independently
