Now we are looking for a **FOOTWEAR CAD DESIGNER** to join our Racing Department, who will be responsible for the development management of the products to create innovative, high-quality, technical products. **Main Responsabilities**: - 3D/2D modeling and design;
- Production information flow management, facilitating communication and exchange of information between the Footwear Dep. and internal and external stakeholders;
- Make LAB test requirement for each item necessary for footwear collections (outsole, plastic parts, mechanism),
linked to Activity Plan properly set;
- Collect the QC docs for approval process (QC drawing starting from available 3D files; PPT file for QC checking);
- Labelling for approval to distribute to site production/ int. dep. as per QC procedure;
- Regular communication with production site and nominated supplier for R&D; development activities (material and flat sheet samples / injected parts / technical datasheet alignment);
- Discuss and implements corrective actions when required, to maintain adherence to product design and prevent/resolve material and/or process-related defects;
- Data record for all technical specification and standards. **Requisiti**:
**Job Requirements**: - Industrial design education is preferable;
- 5 years of experience in automotive or Footwear industries;
- 3D cad knowledge (CATIA) will necessary;
- Good communicative skills;
