**DP ECONOMICS & MYP INDIVIDUALS AND SOCIETIES TEACHER** **Start Date: August 2025** **The International School of Turin** is seeking a dynamic and experienced educator to join our Secondary School team as a **DP Economics and MYP Individuals and Societies**Teacher starting in August 2025 **Key Responsibilities**: - Teach **Diploma Programme (DP) Economics** in accordance with the IB curriculum framework.
- Teach **Middle Years Programme (MYP) Individuals and Societies** across multiple year levels.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, interdisciplinary projects, and unit development.
- Participate in school life, including pastoral care, student advisories, and extra-curricular activities. **Qualifications and Requirements**: - A relevant university degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license.
- **Previous experience teaching DP Economics**
- Strong understanding of IB philosophy, standards, and practices.
- A collaborative and flexible approach to teaching within a diverse international community.
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken). **Preferred**: - IB-trained and/or IB workshop certificates.

**Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or "Laurea Magistrale abilitante in Scienze della Formazione Primaria" - mandatory
- Valid and up-to-date teaching credentials as Primary School teacher
- Perfect knowledge (mother-tongue or C2 level) of the English language, spoken and written
- Previous teaching experience as a Primary School Grade teacher, preferably in international environments.
- A previous experience with the PYP curriculum is welcome but not necessary, as training can be provided. **Application Process**:
