Overview:
**Responsibilities**: - Implement and ensure compliance with all CCR and regulatory EH&S; requirements with a focus on Italy and support Middle East, Spain and Portugal.
- Promote a ZERO Incident culture and drive reporting of unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, near-misses and stop work events.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce control measures for field and facility hazards.
- Ensure contractor compliance with EH&S; standards.
- Lead mandatory EH&S; reporting (incident management, monthly reports, performance scorecards).
- Execute and oversee EH&S; Annual Plans, training, and performance targets.
- Support global and regional EH&S; strategies. Qualifications: - Degree in Health, Safety, Environmental,



or Engineering fields or a comparable education.
- Strong knowledge of Italian EH&S; regulations (mandatory occupational health and safety qualification is a must have).
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a big advantage.
- Willing to travel within Italy.
- Experience in designing and maintaining EH&S; management systems.
- Analytical, results-driven, and able to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage change and drive performance.
