The Asset Manager will work as part of the Asset Management team, based in Milan, being accountable for the successful delivery of the commercial business case of Italian projects and / or portfolios. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the technical and commercial indicators are met or exceeded during the project lifecycle while managing through the risks and expenditures for the purpose of achieving the organizational strategic plan and goals.
The Asset Manager will work closely with the internal departments (e.g. Operations & Maintenance, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Engineering & Construction, etc.) as well as with key external stakeholders especially, but not limited to, landowners, authorities, lenders, investors, DSO/TSO, electricity off-takers. **Desirable skills**: - Experience in the Italian photovoltaic/renewables and electricity market
- Experience in the management of HV substation and BESS is a plus
- Fundamental Financial KPIs Knowledge
- Self-motivated, problem-solver with high attention to detail
