Webuild is a global construction player specialized in building **large works and complex infrastructure** for the sustainable mobility, hydroelectric energy, water, green buildings and the tunnelling sectors. Webuild is looking for a **Vendor Management Specialist**, to be included in the Procurement Department at the Milan headquarters.
The person will be involved in the activities of operational management and continuous improvement of supplier registration, qualification, monitoring and management processes, interacting with internal stakeholders (Corporate Management, branch offices, Compliance, IT, Procurement and others) and external suppliers. **Main responsibilities**
- Managing and updating the Group's Supplier Register, producing periodic reports to support monitoring and control activities;
- Delivery of internal training on the use of Vendor Management systems, supporting internal users;
- Participation in periodic meetings with strategic vendors of Vendor Management systems and collection of requirements from Corporate and branch offices;
- Monitoring and managing Change Requests (CR) on systems, ensuring alignment with business needs;
- Production of reports via Info Provider,



with analysis of economic-financial data, evaluation of reliability rating and mapping of corporate connections;
- Supporting the management of users and roles within Vendor Management systems;
- Monitoring and management of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of requests received;
- Support in the organisation of annual meetings with suppliers and in the drafting and management of formal communications. **Requirements**: - Degree in Engineering, preferably civil, construction, management, industrial or equivalent;
- 2-5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement or Supply Chain Management, preferably in a consulting company in the sector;
- Strong orientation towards data management and quality and continuous process improvement;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken);
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as Vendor Management platforms;
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint appreciated;
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, good autonomy in managing tasks and result orientation;
- Dashboard development in BI systems will be considered a plus.
