**Job Title**:Internship: Resource Planner Intern **Type**:Extracurricular Internship

Resource Planners create medium to long term planning and schedules for all operational service resources whilst making decisions to communicate and deliver service. **Your role**: - You will handle exception management, and balance continuously conflicting demands in the area of business obligations, resource availabilities and customer demand.
- You will support the Resource Planners Team by assisting in scheduling engineers and coordinating the planning of tools and spare parts needed for service activities at customer sites in the Italian market.
- You will ensure parts availability by tracking requests, and collaborating with local logistics, field service engineers, and service delivery teams to align on operational needs. - You will learn to work with our internal systems and with variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- It will be a 6-month, extracurricular remunerated internship. **You're the right fit if**:

You are a recent graduate of a Bachelor or Master Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar.
2. You are proactive, communicative, optimistic and you like to work in a team. You have problem-solving mindset.
3. You speak fluent Italian and you have at least a good level of English.
4. You can work with MS Office suite, and you have very good skills in Excel. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
