- Create high-quality handcrafted products using traditional techniques while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to minimizing waste by reimagining materials for new designs,



ensuring environmentally responsible production.
- Participate in rigorous training programs to master techniques and evolve craftsmanship skills.
- Balance traditional methods with innovative approaches to develop new products while preserving heritage.
- Adhere to stringent quality standards with no room for imperfections.
- Work closely with master trainers and team members to refine skills and ensure product excellence. **Qualifications**
- Proven background in artisanal crafts (leatherworking, embroidery, weaving, engraving, etc.).
- Strong manual dexterity with attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work under strict quality standards.
- Passion for traditional techniques, sustainability, and excellence.
- Ability to balance tradition with innovation and creativity.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian is required.
