**Job Title**:Internship: Technical Support Intern **Type**:Extracurricular Internship

**Expected Start Date**:as soon as possible As a Technical Support Intern, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey with Philips IT Health Imaging products, contributing to international project delivery for the EMEA region. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements. **Your role**: - You will collaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.
- You will support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving),
- You will troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.
- You will classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.
- You will customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap. **Requirements**:
1. You are a recent graduate of a Technical School (IT background preferred) or with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2. You have a basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage,



and troubleshooting. Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus. 3. You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. You have a proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team. 4. You have excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
