**Vox S.p.A.**, a leading global company in the tourism industry, is looking for a **Junior CMS Operator** with a passion for technology to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the seamless integration of multimedia content into our audio guides. **What You'll Do**: - **Content Uploading**: Manage the upload and organization of multimedia content (text, images, audio) developed by other departments using our CMS software.
- **Multimedia Editing**: Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software to optimize visual and audio content.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all uploaded content is accurate, complete, and free of errors.
- **Digital Platform Support**: Collaborate in managing and publishing content on digital platforms, including YouTube.
- **Process Improvement**: Follow established procedures and contribute suggestions to enhance operational efficiency. **What We're Looking For**: - **Technical Skills**: Practical experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software. Experience with Jira is a strong plus.
- **Computer Savvy**: You are highly familiar with computers, quick to learn new software, and have excellent intuition for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
