The trainee will support many aspects of Human Resource's tasks such as Training and Recruiting. **ACTIVITIES**
- Support analytical tasks: assist in various HR analytical activities to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Data analysis: Conduct data analysis to optimize HR processes and improve overall efficiency
- Document collection, archiving and reporting activities
- Training management support
- Preparation of monthly presentations
- Supporting the management of the selection process for temporary workers
- Preparation of administrative documentation
- Other HRBP Service team support activities **REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Humanities and/or Economics (or related fields)
- Master in HR will be considered a plus
- Fluent knowledge of English and the local language
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and Outlook and digital mindset
- Effective organizational and planning skills, attention to detail and accuracy
