**Job Title**: Business Analyst
**Location**: Remote
**Contract Type**: Freelance or Employee
**Client**: EFSA (European Food Safety Authority)
**Company**: SEIDOR **Key Responsibilities**: - Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with EFSA stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables
- Assist in the design and implementation of digital tools and workflows
- Support communication between EFSA teams and technical/development units
- Ensure that solutions meet user expectations and regulatory standards **Minimum Requirements**: - **Education**: Master’s degree (minimum of 4 years of university-level studies)
- **English Level**: C1 or higher (both written and spoken)
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis **Desirable Skills**: - Experience working with EU institutions or public-sector clients
- Knowledge of tools such as BPMN, UML, JIRA, or Confluence
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project environments
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
