We are currently looking for an **HSES Officer** for the safety supervision of repairing works on a petrochemical installation. The HSES officer at site will have the responsibility to ensure the implementation of safety rules during the activities of equipement repairing. The HSES officer assists the HSE Manager by being present at the workfield to verify the works are done in compliance with safety requirements, perform tool box, identify at risk situations and launch the corrective actions The main tasks and duties are: - Promote HSE rules
- Check that the material, tools, machines are controlled according to local effective regulation and company requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of Safe work permit




- Monitoring of the effective daily housekeeping on worksite and base life
- Perform specific sensitization to workers e.g. Safety induction, Toolbox, Safe Work Permit
- Report his daily activity to the HSES Manager on a daily basis
- Work in shift / night and during saturday / sunday possible **Requirements**: - Proven experience as HSE Officer on Construction sites within Oil & Gas, Construction or Petrochemical Industries.
- Fluent English- work at height qualification
- scaffolding check qualification
- first aider qualification
- confined space qualification
