- Join the Account Processes team contributing to day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on business performance and process optimization- Have the opportunity to be involved in cross-functional projects, working closely with our brands and other departments and external partners, to improve the efficiency of payment systems and the overall user experience- Monitor and evaluate customer deposit and withdrawal transactions by accessing payments provider platforms- Work closely with our Customer Care team to manage customers escalations on payments activities, ensuring business service levels What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Economics or related- Excellence with Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)- Ability to work in a team,
