**Main** **Responsibilities**: - Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of commercial contracts and licensing agreements.
- Support legal matters concerning data protection (GDPR), information security, and intellectual property rights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with both national and international regulations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments in the IT and telecommunications sectors.
- Contribute to corporate compliance management and intellectual property protection initiatives.
- Prepare documentation and assist in managing legal disputes and conflict resolution.
- Provide support during due diligence processes and legal activities related to mergers and acquisitions. **Requirements**: - Degree in Law.
- 1-2 years of experience in legal roles, preferably within the ICT sector or technology companies.
- Foundational knowledge of GDPR, d.lgs. 231/01, intellectual property, and commercial law. **Skills**: - Ability to work in an international, multitasking environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
