- Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to end.

- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- A small business or independent setup with capacity for ongoing collaboration.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
