We are seeking a talented individual to join our **Impact**team at Marsh. This role will be based in Milan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In the Impact Team, you will manage and coordinate complex presentation and RFP/bid/tender and will create a wide variety of contents across reports for Large Private and Listed Prospect and Clients.
Working with colleagues, the proposal specialist manages the RFP/bid/tender response process from beginning to end - formulating the pitch strategy, developing persuasive content, improving creative solutions and supporting sales presentations. **We will count on you to**: - Manage and coordinate - new business and defensive - complex presentation and RFP/bid/tender response (process from beginning to end)
- Support the development of competitive value propositions and client-centric messaging which tells a compelling narrative and connects our services to their needs
- Work with colleagues, the proposal specialist manages the RFP/bid/tender response process from beginning to end - formulating the pitch strategy, developing persuasive content, improving creative solutions and supporting sales presentations.
- Develop compelling writes proposal and design artwork for competitive tenders and sales opportunities, especially for online use.
- Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations
- Review final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
- The responsibility is for both strategic and tactical management of communication contents, and for the overall execution of projects that are mainly in English. **What you need to have**: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required in Marketing, Communication,



or a similar field.
- Excellent command of oral and written English
- Previous experience in communication or marketing will be considered a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset and ability to handle multiple responsibilities and priorities
