**Business Intelligence Manager** **The Business Intelligence Manager will lead the strategic development and operational management of business intelligence activities, supporting data-driven decision making across commercial, finance, and supply chain departments. Acting as a key partner for corporate functions and sales channels, he/she will oversee the integration and interpretation of business data to guide strategic planning and performance optimization. This role requires a strong business acumen, technical expertise in BI tools, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The Business Intelligence Manager will also play a central role in ensuring data governance and continuous improvement of reporting processes. **Main responsibilities**: - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPIs to support strategic and operational decision-making across the company;
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to identify data needs and reporting requirements;
- Analyze commercial and financial performance data, ensuring alignment with company targets and business plans;




- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, accessibility, and usage across departments;
- Monitor and interpret daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends by brand and channel;
- Develop and manage BI tools and platforms (e.g. SAP BI, Power BI) to ensure scalable and reliable reporting systems;
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with robust data analysis and performance modeling;
- Collaborate on the integration of new data sources and automation of reporting workflows;
- Ensure timely and consistent communication of insights to senior management and internal stakeholders. **Requirements**: - University degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field;
- 8-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles within structured companies (ideally in FMCG or cosmetics);
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.);
- Strong analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach;
- Demonstrated ability to drive data governance and reporting optimization projects;
