**Who are we?** **What is the Operations Talent Program?**
The Operations Talent Program (OTP) is a graduate program designed for brilliant new graduates to accelerate their growth toward** dynamic career opportunities** within Essilor Luxottica’s Global Operations.
The program is held in different Operations Hubs**: France (Cretéil, southeast of Paris), Italy (Agordo),** USA (Atlanta), Thailand (Rayong), Mexico (Mexico City) and Brazil (San Paolo, Campinas, Sumarè, Manaus) and will last a total of **2 years**. You will be assigned to a specific hub based on your interests, qualifications as well as business requirements (specific roles are located differently among Italy and France).
You will start in **November 2024** and over the two years of the program you will deeply explore the expansive world of operations, learn a range of industry topics and experience the industrial environment where technology, innovation and product-passion sit center-stage. After the 2 years of program in the hiring country, you will have the chance to **move abroad with an international assignment.** **How is it structured?**
From day-1 you will be assigned to one of the** Operations Functions (such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, R&D;, Sourcing, Quality, New Product Introduction)** while alongside being involved in different training activities. After one year you will have a** job rotation** within the same function, which will give you the chance to expand your vision and learn from different areas,



acquire new technical knowledge, and be guided by inspiring leaders. **Must Have requirements**: - Degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, acquired in the last year or graduation within 2024.
- Maximum 1 year of working experience after obtaining a Master’s Degree
- Fluency in English: other languages are considered a plus- Have gained significant intercultural experience by working or studying abroad for at least 4 continuous months
