Our project ranges cross from hyper-luxury supercars to new mobility solutions, to trains, aircrafts and boats, serving worldwide established OEMs and start-ups.
We are currently strengthening our team, which today operates in three studios in Italy, China and the United States. With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a **Planning and Operations Specialist** **Key Responsibilities**: - Support the development and review of project scheduling.
- Resolve discrepancies and conflicts in scheduling systems by monitoring reports and identifying variations in production orders.
- Assess project timing for potential conflicts to ensure a realistic timeline.
- Collaborate with Design, Project Management, and Manufacturing to define the priorities
- Ensure accurate data management within **ERP** and other systems to meet operational requirements.
- Analyze production documents to optimize material procurement.
- Monitor **Min/Max** inventory levels, manage transfer orders, and update reports on production progress and material stock.




- Support the introduction of new parts through **Engineering Change Requests (ECR)** management.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve supply chain issues.
- Assist in the development of procurement policies and procedures. **Main Requirements**: - Associate degree in a technical or business discipline.
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Minimum of **5 years** experience in automotive product development and production.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Project** and **Excel**.
- Previous experience using **MRP/ERP** systems with an understanding of **Manufacturing Integration Processes**. **Soft Skills**: - Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented, results-driven, and problem-solving approach.
