By embracing diversity, we believe science can achieve its fullest potential. **THE ROLE** You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity. The _Rehab Technologies INAIL-IIT Research Unit _develops novel robotics an AI technologies for healthcare and is coordinated by _Matteo Laffranchi_. Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Electromechanical assembly and integration of robotic devices, with tests to verify functionality and reliability.
- Mechanical machining of components for robotic prototypes (manual lathe, milling machine, manual tools)
- Soldering/cabling/manual operations on electrical macro and micro components
- Use/Setting/Maintenance of 3D printers
- Work together with the other technicians and members of the team, inside IIT and during business trips.
- Maintenance of the Rehab workshop good status.
- Purchasing operations, according to IIT procedure, for the needed workshop tools. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- A technical diploma with mechanical or electrical background
- Documented experience in electromechanical assembly operations (mechanism assembly and cabling of complex mechatronic devices)
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
- A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
- Accuracy and good analytical skills **ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
