We are currently seeking an **Onsite Network Support Technician** to provide dispatch services on an as-needed basis. The selected partner will receive **a few service calls per month** to support basic hardware tasks. **Mandatory Skills**: Fortinet/CheckPoint/Juniper/Italian Language
**Preferred Skills**: Tufin
**Experience**: 4-5 years in firewalling area
**Engagement Duration**: 1 year, with possibility of extension **Requirements**: - Basic networking hardware knowledge
- Availability for on-site dispatch within agreed SLA times
- Previous experience with IT field support or network installations
