**Order Processor - Area Tecnica Service - OPS***:
**What challenges can you expect?**: - Interpreting, clarifying and realizing customer specifications for offers and orders.
- Providing technical support and after-sales servicing.
- Entering customer orders and service assignments for internal processing and planning.
- Supporting for service activities scheduled for Italian end-user.
- Providing technical support to colleagues
- Willing to travel in Italy and attend at periodically training course to our headquarter in Germany **What do we expect from you?**: - Diploma in electrical engineering
- English speaking required




- A high level of motivation and ability to work independently
- Customer orientation
- Ability to evaluate, prioritize and organize customer inquiries.
- SAP knowledge will be considered a plus
- Experience in electric HV field will be considered a plus
