This role will work with the Pre-Production, Brand teams and Supplier. This role requires the highest level of attention to detail, sense of priority, and commitment to finding efficient solutions to daily challenges. This is a tempo pieno role, in the designated office 5 days per week. **Skills**: - Knowledge of the editorial industry
- Knowledge of printing techniques
- Excellent communication skills in both written and oral Italian and English.
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously **Duties**:
The Production Coordinator will support projects from a management perspective, coordinating paperwork and handling inquiries.
- Managing requests and feedback from colleagues in other departments and suppliers
- Understand needs and find solutions autonomously
- Monitor and share work plans and timelines




- Manage technical project documentation
- Reviewing project progress reports **Skills and Aptitude**
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Goal-oriented, problem-solving and self-reliance orientation, organization and analytical skills.
- Good handling of stress and complexity.
- Drivers license and own car required.
