We design and manufacture cutting-edge physical and digital simulators that help medical professionals around the world enhance their skills and deliver safer care. They are looking for an experienced **Warehouse, Logistics & Packaging Manager** to join our team in Assago (MI) and lead the operations of our warehouse and supply chain. will be responsible for organizing, optimizing, and managing all flows of materials, finished products, and packaging — ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability in line with our growth. **What you’ll do**
- Design, implement, and continuously improve processes for warehouse operations, logistics flows, and packaging activities.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, receiving, and inventory management.
- Develop efficient storage, picking, and packing solutions, optimizing space and resources.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to align logistics and packaging processes with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve throughput, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Manage relationships with carriers, couriers,



and external suppliers for packaging materials and logistics services.
- Support the scale-up of the company by adapting processes to increasing volumes and international distribution. **What the company is looking for**
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or packaging management, ideally in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills; able to design clear, efficient workflows and standard operating procedures.
- Experience with inventory control systems, warehouse management software, and lean logistics principles.
- Excellent problem-solving attitude and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
