Founded in 1999 by Count Antonio Bolza, our stables have, for over twenty-five years, been under the masterful direction of **Antonello Radicchi— Director of the Stables**, master horseman, and guardian of an equestrian philosophy grounded in intuition, respect, and a profound understanding of equine psychology. This internationally recognised approach yields movements of exquisite precision, always in harmony with the horse’s nature and well-being. Professional Profile **Key Responsibilities and Requirements**: - Training horses in accordance with the principles and methods imparted by the Director of the Stables, with a view to increasing autonomy over time;




- Ensuring the daily care, grooming, and wellbeing of the horses;
- Leading tailored equestrian experiences and lessons for our esteemed guests—both adults and children—with meticulous attention to safety and elegance;
- Supporting the maintenance of the stables, paddocks, and the _Equestrian Theatre_ **Soft Skills**: - Fluency in English and a keen emotional intelligence are essential;
