- Day-to-day office management- Filing and handling of documents and equipment- Welcoming couriers and suppliers **Requirements**:
- Strong problem-solving skills- Proactive mindset- Excellent communication skills- Basic to intermediate knowledge of English (A2-B1 level), both spoken and written **Workplace**: Bastia Umbra, PG **Working hours**: Morning shift (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or afternoon shift (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM) **Contract type**: Part-time
