You should be able to create the entire fashion cycle, from sketches, to pattern making, to the first sample and more. _ We are seeking a visionary fashion designer for a limited-edition capsule that merges athleisure, dancewear, and cinematic storytelling. This capsule blends retro athletic influences with expressive movement, culminating in a high-concept editorial shoot and short film across various European locations. This is a project-based creative collaboration — ideal for designers who combine aesthetic sensitivity with technical self-sufficiency. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Concept & Creative Direction**
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate emotional narratives into garment concepts
- Participate in moodboards, silhouette sketching, and style evolution **Design Development**
- Develop looks such as bodysuits, jumpsuits, leggings, and activewear-inspired pieces
- Deliver detailed sketches, tech packs, or clean references for each design **Pattern Making & Sampling**
- Draft and construct your own patterns and create the first samples
- Fit and refine samples in collaboration with performers/dancers
- Adapt garments for movement and expressive function **Fabric & Material Sourcing**
- Propose fabric options suitable for dance and performance
- Light sourcing support can be provided **Visual & Mood Research**
- Contribute references that bridge character, movement, and function
- Help ensure emotional and visual cohesion across the capsule **Who We’re Looking For**




- Degree in Fashion Design or related field
- Proven ability to handle all technical steps independently (pattern cutting + sample making)
- A story-driven portfolio with original, expressive pieces
- Skilled in fabric knowledge, construction, and design logic
- Comfortable working within poetic briefs and creative freedom
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar CAD tools
