The Deputy Store Manager plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager in defining the business strategy, vision, and roadmap to achieve commercial targets and enhance the brand's image and reputation. This role is pivotal in leading the team on a day-to-day basis, driving sales, profitability, and client satisfaction, while also ensuring the maintenance of a well-organized store environment and fostering a cohesive team dynamic. **Job responsibilities**:
**1) Business Development**
- Assist the Store Manager in defining and executing store-specific strategies that align with the overall business vision and objectives.
- Analyze sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and action plan execution.
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement clienteling strategies to effectively gather and leverage client feedback, driving continuous improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client loyalty. **2) Store Operations and Management Support**
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and effective floor management.
- Assist in enforcing company policies and maintaining operational excellence across the store. **3)

- Coach, train, and support team members to promote professional growth and achieve store objectives.
