Do you have a true passion for the Pharmaceutical and Electronic industry and for delivering the best solutions for our customers?_ We are looking for a motivated Admin Associate Intern to join our accounting team. The intern will assist the Finance team with daily accounting and administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience and technical knowledge in the accounting field.
- What you will do:_
- Downloading of electronic invoices by Pagero portal.
- Support in recording and archiving incoming invoices.
- Record bank transactions and perform related reconciliation.
- Support in monthly closing activities and preparation of accounting reports.
- Assist in preparing and processing travel expense reports.
- Key Requirements:_
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience (even academic projects or simulations) in accounting is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a must.
